  • "Agreementor™" – support with commercial contracts and agreements;
  • "Creator in Law™" – legal services tailored for creators and creative businesses; and
  • "Markster™" – assistance with trademark registration and related brand protection services.

1.2 Not Just Browsing – Engagement Required
Information on this Website is for general information and marketing purposes only. An attorney–client or advisor–client relationship is not created by:

  • visiting or browsing our Website,
  • filling out a contact form,
  • using our chat box,
  • subscribing to content, or
  • booking a call or sending an enquiry.

A formal engagement is created only when we:

  • complete any necessary conflict checks and KYC, and
  • both you and we sign a written engagement letter / fee proposal / service agreement (each an "Engagement Agreement").

Any specific legal services you receive will be governed primarily by the Engagement Agreement. Where these Terms conflict with an Engagement Agreement, the Engagement Agreement prevails.
